These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Validate Sheets. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Service Description

Validate Sheets provides CSV upload, email validation, duplicate detection, filtering, and export tools for contact data. Results are provided for operational use and should be reviewed by you before acting on them.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the data you upload, including having the legal right to process it. You agree not to upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, or unauthorized data, and not to use the service to send spam or violate email marketing laws.

Accounts and Security

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe according to the plan selected. Plan changes may take effect immediately. You may cancel your subscription, and access continues until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated in the app.

Acceptable Use

You may not reverse engineer, abuse, overload, attack, resell unauthorized access to, or interfere with the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the service or other users.

Uploaded Data and Exports

You retain responsibility for uploaded files and exported results. We may process uploaded data only as needed to provide validation, storage, support, security, and related service functions.

No Guaranteed Results

Email validation improves list quality but cannot guarantee deliverability, inbox placement, revenue, campaign performance, or that every result is perfectly accurate.

Third-Party Services

The service may use Stripe, Amazon SES, cloud storage, reCAPTCHA, and validation providers. Your use of those features may be subject to third-party terms and availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Validate Sheets and XDEYE are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
