Validate Sheets helps users upload, clean, validate, and export CSV contact lists. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

We collect account information such as name, email address, password hash, plan, billing status, and security settings. We also process CSV files and contact data that you upload to use the service.

When you contact us, we store your name, email address, subject, message, IP address, browser user agent, and submission date so we can respond and manage support requests.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide the service, validate and clean uploaded data, manage accounts and subscriptions, process payments, send transactional emails, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

Uploaded CSV Data

Your uploaded CSV data is used to generate validation results and exports. We do not sell uploaded contact data. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process the data you submit.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Stripe may collect and process billing information according to its own privacy policy.

Email and Integrations

Transactional emails may be sent through Amazon SES. File storage may use local server storage or configured cloud storage. reCAPTCHA may be used to protect public forms from spam and abuse.

Data Retention

We keep account, billing, uploaded file, validation, and contact submission records as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. You may delete sheets and related rows from your account where the app provides that option.

Security

We use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards including password hashing, access controls, session protections, and owner-only admin areas. No system is perfectly secure, so you should use strong passwords and protect account access.

Your Choices

You may update your account information, delete uploaded sheets, cancel subscriptions, or contact us to request help with account or data questions.
